If you are unhappy you may return the item within 14 days for a full refund.
All remotes come with a one year warranty. We will send a replacement to you within the first 28 days, after that time you will need to send it back to us for free repair. The warranty excludes water damage, dog bite damage and physical damage typically caused by people throwing them across the room.
All prices include VAT at the standard rate. Receipts are available upon request.

Description of goods. Remote controls are all brand new. This Excludes 'hack' remotes as some are returned for recycling. These are reprocessed and then sent out again. We do not supply batteries with any item.
We flash program the remote controls. This means they keep the data in perpetuity. They don't need reprogramming, nor can be by the user. When you insert the batteries or change the batteries they are ready to use.
Warranty beyond the 14 day money back period. We will repair or replace any item within the first year and have repaired customers' items beyond this time where possible.
Right to cancel You have a right to cancel the order within 7 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund, and the cancellation is free of charge provided you return the product to us, arrange for it to be collected from the delivery address. If you choose another method of return, you must bear the costs. Tailor-made items such as our 2in1 / 3in1 custom remotes are excluded from this as we have to flash the device to your specifications.
